Ashley Grayson is a marketing and social media maven whose creative touch has enlivened a host of media entities, including TV One, Disney | ABC, NBC Universal and Warner Brothers, to name a few.

As a former Online Producer for TV One, Ashley helped build and structure the network’s social and digital presence, creating its first original webseries, The Cube Life. She also envisioned and launched TV One’s first online game and Urban Game Jam.

Ashley was a 2016 Creative World Awards Semifinalist for her pilot script, Boxx Street, and she was winner of the 2016 Disney | ABC TV Pitchapalooza ABC Comedy contest. In 2012, she received the 2012 Woman of Power award and WKYS 93.9 FM DMV’s “Top 30 Under 30.“

As Director of Marketing for Joy Collective, Ashley applies her high business acumen and creativity to managing some of JOY’s largest accounts, advising clients, and driving marketing impact with her keen eye for building relevant, authentic campaigns.

Ashley has a B.S. in Communications from Morgan State University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
